  Green mangoes freshly picked off a tree in my grandparents house - cut in to slices and sprinkled with salt and chilli powder. Muskmelon custard made by Mum,  transferred to an ice-cream pail to be churned.   This morning I read the poignant story of singer Steven Curtis Chapman who lost his 5-year old, adopted daughter Maria Sue in a tragic accident. Listen to Steven's song which was inspired by this little girl and her sisters - Dance With Cinderella here. I was truly inspired by this song.
