To continue the process of finding my sentence, I believe it’s important that I answer the 3 QuestionsI spoke about yesterday. Today I’ll deal with the first question:

What do you want?

I think that perhaps this is the most difficult question to answer. It’s a series of questions within a question. For example, it makes you think: What gives your life meaning? How do you want to spend your time? What is your passion? What gives you the most satisfaction? What do you want to accomplish?

I’m sharing responses that came to my mind as I tried to answer this question as mindfully and honestly as I can  (I used the brainstorming technique : no order of priority and with no analysis ):

1. To be always happy
2. To be  grateful in all circumstances
3. To be mindful of each moment and live in the present
4. To be inspired by the ordinary – inspired to be a better person.
5. To inspire others with my words – written and spoken, my attitude and my actions.
6. To have meaningful relationships
7. To be an acknowledged  author of inspirational books
8. To accompany others on their journey to self-fulfillment

This morning I received a comment to to my post yesterday. Someone asked: What if they change everyday? I’m not sure exactly what he was referring to – the questions  or the answers. But I do know that what we really want – our deepest intention, never changes. It’s just that we sometimes lose it by crowding our lives with a lot of other things or simply not making the time to listen to our deepest selves. We really ought to discover the work each of us was born to do – our destiny.

…. I say to you that when you work you fulfill a part of earth’s furthest dream, assigned to you when that dream was born. ~ Kahlil Gibran

I have realized that my deepest intention is to be a source of inspiration……There! I’m a little further on my way to finding my sentence.
Where are you on your journey towards this? What do YOU want?
May you be inspired – everyday!
