Dear Past Me and Future Me
I have the same message for both of you today, so I thought I’d write you a combined letter. I promise to keep this short.
I just want you to inscribe these messages on your heart and mind:
- Treasure yourself. No one else will love you like you can.
- Be grateful. A grateful heart attracts more to be grateful about.
- Follow your heart. Your heart is the only compass you have.
- Exercise and eat healthy.
Much love

Cannot argue with a single word! Good job
Yes. Follow your heart is the best compass in the world.
All good advice, especially gratitude. I will be speaking to a group of people tomorrow about happiness, and gratitude will be a central focus. So easy to do with immediate benefits.
Short, sweet and very appropriate.
I agree, short and to the point! I hope you listen to yourself! Thanks for participating in my prompt! Looking forward to reading more of your work 🙂
It is a hard emotional punch.
Been following the first three, the fourth one – it is still a matter of very weak flesh 🙁
If only my future self atleast learns 😀 cause that past dude sure made a lot of wrong turns
Beautiful take-aways! And must-be-followed by one and all! 🙂
Lovely letter- short, simple yet effective.. I have always been contemplating writing a letter to both my future and past. I think I should do it now after reading yours as it makes me feel it is going to be very helpful!!
Wow !sweet and shot corinne ! would want to tell my past and future too….. thanks for sharing !
Amen, my friend!
My favorite one is the ‘grateful’ part. A grateful heart DOES generate more gratitude.
Have a blessed weekend Corinne. Hope it’s all sunshine and lollipops for you 😉
Got right to the point! Excellent!

Great message corinne :).Short and sweet 🙂
Life is simple and yet beautiful 🙂
I need to put some more focus on staying healthy and exercising (I am not spending much time exercising these days, even though I realize that I will regret that in the future).
I am covered on others 😉 I am grateful for my life – I simply love it, even though it throws a great deal of challenges at me (I think that these challenges are what that make life interesting!).
Thank you for the post, Corinne!
–Couldn’t have said it better, Corinne <3 X
Sometimes the message needs repeating! Excellent post 🙂

Excellent advice. Short and sweet – less is more.
