Well done Corinne! I have to admit, I’ve never attempted to blog more than twice a week. Today’s choice was perfect. Choosing to live for oneself and not giving away your power. This is a lesson I keep relearning. Each time the stakes seem to go a little higher. Sending love, my powerful posting sister. Thank you for the gift of you!
Thanks, Leah. This is the second time, I’ve attempted something like this. But this time, I was smarter than before. I kept the posts short! 😉
Loving oneself is something I converted to and I would wish that for everyone else – especially you.
Thank you for being all you are, Leah – you inspire me! ♥
You inspire me too <3
Congratulations on your achievement Corinne!
I could never do it 🙂
I know these were micro-mini posts, yet each one was whole and complete on it’s own. But you know my habit of writing….I just can’t stop! But I am happy for you and wish you the best in more of such challenges. These are the moments to be proud of 🙂
Thanks so much, Harleena and for your support and encouragement through the month. My English teacher in school always said I wrote too briefly – now here’s where that weakness came to my aid! 😉
Always a pleasure to read your wonderful posts. Ah…I wouldn’t call that a weakness at all, instead it’s an art few of us have – not me at least. 🙂
One person’s weakness is another person’s art, huh? 😉 Thank you all the same, Harleena. I need to learn how to write at length though.
Congratulations !!
Ah what a ride… I have thoroughly enjoyed each and every post so much.
I wanted to try a blogathon…but then I felt I blog too extensively (well that is what some people tell me) so I don’t know if a blogathon would make sense!
Thanks so much, Privy. You should try it out sometime. Right now there’s the NaBloPoMo for November on. Are you up for it? If so, I’ll send you details. 🙂
Can surely try… please send. Will try my best!!
An amazing feat indeed.
Congratulations.
That one ‘Aha Moment’ can be very inspiring and enlightening.
Ah thanks, Alka. I’m seriously thinking of doing another month straight. What to do, I’m a glutton for punishment! 😉
Yes, that one Aha-moment can guide us through life.
Kudos for choosing yourself…and congrats…we did it. Boy! am I glad that this blogfest is over?
There is no other way, I think, Janaki! Oh yes, we did it. The BlogFEST is over – but I’m already on to something else. Mad or what? 😉
wow! corinne, congratulations! i cannot imagine blogging every single day. although i didn’t read every single post, i read many of them and they were always well done and interesting or intriguing. living for YOU looks GREAT on YOU!
Thank you, Linda. Your feedback is always important to me. The writing was a good practice and it would be unfair of me to expect my readers to read a post every single day. 🙂
Beautiful Corinne 🙂
Cheers, Jenn
Thanks, Jenn.
That was beautifully written, how that one moment that you have chosen–yourself– has shined thru who you are today.
Thank you Corrine for participating in the prompt of the day, One Moment in Your Life.
Thank you so much, A. It was a great prompt and I enjoyed responding to it.
YAY Corinne!! Wonderful post. I have enjoyed doing BlogFest with you!

Your a great blogging partner, Kathy. I love how you move swiftly from one challenge to another. You inspire me. ♥
now you are trying poetry?? whats else do you hv up your sleeve, you talented soul?
Look who’s talking. I’ve been so bad about catching up with your posts. Glad to know that you guys are okay! I must have been scary.
You are an inspiration, Corinne! You made it! There was never a shred of doubt in my mind that you could. Because, you are comfortable and at ease with the you God created you to be. What a wondrous relief it is to find that path at last where we walk hand-in-hand with Him.
May blessings abound for you as you “choose me” because the Lord chose you!
Love you, my friend!
I made it, Martha. I wonder at how you used to post a meditation every day! 🙂 So you see, dear friend, you are the inspiration!
Yes, the underpinning belief is that God chose us first – that makes all the difference!
You are too kind, my friend! Blessings!
It’s the truth, Martha. 🙂
Only one person can give me the maximum priority in life and thats I! 🙂 Lovely!
Oh es, Jaish. And the sooner we realize that, the happier we’ll be and consequently make the world a happier place too.
Wonderful lines, Corinne.. and the moment we choose us, is the moment that redefines us. 🙂 For good or for bad.. Good for us, Bad for the judging world.. nevertheless, ALWAYS, always, categorically choose ME. It is not selfish – it is self-respect. And I hope your poem reaches millions.
I chose myself too. And I am glad I did. Had I not, I would have been stagnating as a rotten vegetable.
You know what choosing me did to me, right? It helped me FLY. 🙂
Love, Punam
I’m so glad you chose YOU, Punam and so happy to see you fly! ♥
Blogging every day is a bit challenging! Glad that you DID IT!! Congratulations!! 🙂
It sure is, Shilpa. Can you believe that I’m going to try again this month! Thanks for the support. 🙂
To love oneself unconditionally is the best one can do to oneself.Without love for self there can never be any love for others. However, there are many people who think otherwise.
Congratulations!!
Sadly, we’re often taught to put the whole world before ourselves, Rama. Taking care of oneself is almost considered selfish. But I learnt that wasn’t true and I hope everyone else learns too.
What a great finale to a blogfest! I do have a moment when I chose ME — that you do too makes me quite happy. 🙂 Great poem.
Congrats Corinne! You inspire me to try something like this. 🙂
Yes, I chose ME too. 🙂 And though I don’t remember that exact moment, I am highly grateful to it. It changed my life completely.
Well done Corinne 🙂
Ooh great post, Corinne! I admit it is something I am relearning. It’s easy for me to feel guilty, but I know I also need to take care of myself, set my own priorities, and make decisions for ME. If I take care of ME, it would be much easier to help other people.
Thank you so much for the wonderful reminder! Take care always and God bless ❤ 🙂
hey there stopping by from NaBloPoMo love the site and will be following along all month cannot wait to read what comes next!
You said it.. 🙂 and I liked the way you summed it all..
WOW! Congratulations Corinne 🙂
Great job Corinne. I’m still catching up on the posts. But it was an awesome experience.
Congratulations BS!
I chose… at the moment…I know God will understand.
Lots of love!
