May has been full of quiet nudges from the Universe. Nothing dramatic. Just a series of small reminders, asking me to pay attention.
Quiet Nudges from the Universe

Listening to My Body and Mind
I’ve not been doing much lately. Writing less, reading less, achieving less. My body felt sluggish when my mind wanted to speed up. I was just so tired, no matter what. I took this as a sign to really tune into what this season wants from me.
There were nudges too in the restlessness I experienced. These times made me question what’s no longer right and trust that releasing expectations is also a way to be kind to myself.
Memories and Words That Stayed
Memories offered gentle nudges. A taste, a scent, or a routine could transport me back. I remembered simpler times. I recalled moments of uncomplicated joy. These memories brought reassurance that all is well in my world.
Words also touched me. Phrases stayed with me. They echoed themes I’ve been thinking on : faithfulness, rootedness, and nourishment. I’ve been revisiting my choices of everyday rituals. Choosing what supports me now, not what drains me.
A Nudge for My Writing Life
Beth Kempton’s Late Spring Live Writing Circle was the biggest nudge for my writing life. It was a great reminder of why I love writing and helped me set my priorities for the latter half of the year.
This month, the universe has been inviting me to notice what’s already here. To embrace life with all its imperfections. To honour my limits, to move at the pace my life requires, and to stay present to the ordinary grace woven through my days.

I’m a week late with this post, but I’m so glad it was delayed – the past week has been rich with nudges too.
Have you been noticing any nudges from the Universe recently?
