“Isn’t staring down people’s mouths awful?” I asked

“I’m doing my bit for humanity after all. See that tooth there? It’s rotten. Without me, the dentist would never know”, says the lamp proudly.

  3. Ha! I actually thought the question was meant for the dentist. I liked this piece. 33 words? That’s some challenge. I find it hard to express in 55er. This is superb!

  4. I feel I may not even write my name in 33 words 😛 I know a bad joke but this is really challenging , and a convo between patient and lamp is unique
